Caras & Shulman, PC is pleased to announce the following staff member promotions:
Angela M. Marks, CPA, QKA, QPA, has been promoted to Retirement Administration Manager. Her responsibilities include developing custom-designed retirement plans to help Caras & Shulman, PC clientele meet their long-term goals, as well as, providing ongoing third party administration services for retirement plans. She is actively involved with the annual IRS required compliance testing and asset reconciliation. In addition, Angela is a resource for plan trustees and participants regarding daily plan operation.
Graham M. Ranks, CPA, MST, has been promoted to Accounting & Audit Manager. He joined Caras & Shulman, PC in 2007 upon graduating from Bentley University. Graham oversees the audit process for closely-held businesses in addition to providing tax and advisory services to individuals.
